In 1992, KMS was approached by a major banking institution to determine if we would have interest in assisting them with a group of small Sun City/Sun City West condominium communities. The bank was in the middle of a large acquisition and part of the deal was to take over accounting services for the small condominiums. The bank didn’t feel they were best suited for this type of service and knew of our expertise in the industry. So KMS agreed to take over the accounting contracts and set out to meet our new clients. We held a series of meetings in Sun City and the Board members of the various condominiums let us know that they would be willing to work with us but only if we developed a presence in the Sun City community. And the West Valley office was born.
In the past thirty-two years, the office has expanded and now provides service to all types and sizes of homeowner associations. But we are very proud of our continuing service to the Sun City/Sun City West community of small condominium projects. In addition to accounting only, KMS offers full-service management to these unique properties.
The Community Manager will attend Board and annual meetings, assist with budgeting, conduct on-site tours, oversee vendor bidding and coordinate administrative support. Our experienced professional accounting staff handles assessment collections, payment of bills, and preparation of financial statements, and title/escrow support.
