I find my manager so proactive that I have found many times when I call her about an issue in our community; she is already working on it. I came into the position of Board President with no recent experience and found our manager to be more of a partner and teammate rather than just a property manager. We have implemented several procedures that help us be a neighbor first and an association second. I serve as my Condo Board Chairman and I have a staunch and able partner in my KMS community manager. She has been my mentor and constant champion. She is hard working, trustworthy and competent. The success of your organization is no doubt due in large part to managers such as ours. Not only does she do a superb job taking care of our needs, she has a way of soothing ruffled feathers when we have a problem. She is a jewel. Our manager understands the value of people and customer satisfaction. Her dedicated effort is a positive reflection on the value of KMS as we work together to serve our community. I want to say thanks to her for the support, friendship, hard work and accomplishments over the years as an integrated team player and for the importance of keeping easy open lines of communication. Our manager always has a cheerful and dedicated attitude to our requests both important and marginally dumb. He is appreciated for his quick response and patience with even the most arcane of questions. KMS should be very proud to have him on their team. I know we are. Our manager is professional, very conscientious, and quickly responsive to the needs of our Board and our community. Compliance is one area that she has performed superbly for us. She has been diplomatic but firm in this endeavor, encouraging homeowners to improve the appearance of their property and adhere to the rules. Her performance on the budget is stellar and professional. Her methods, techniques and justifications are business-model, and she designs her format so that "non-financial" Board members and homeowners can readily understand it. She is a highly superior manager. We promise to do our best to keep her in the profession. She does a great job for us, don't know how she keeps it up. She is as good as a manager gets. A+++++ for our manger. The one thing I appreciate most about our manager is his love for our community. Knowledgeable, dependable, hard working, intelligent and a great asset to our community. All this and a good friend?..he's a keeper! I am impressed with how our manager answers tough questions at the meetings, all the while keeping a pleasant and professional attitude. It has been a real pleasure working with someone who is both professional and friendly and takes an active role as a true partner. Our experience with KMS has been better than I could have anticipated. Our manager is a gentleman in every sense of the word. I appreciate his ability to get the business done while treating everyone as if their voice definitely mattered. He is always prepared to answer the issues from the previous meeting and we have watched them systematically fall off the list after literally years of empty promises from other firms. He represents your company with professionalism and accuracy. Our manager has been an asset to our board and always takes the time to resolve issues effectively and judiciously. Kinney should be proud to have her as a member of their staff. Our manager is hard working and does her level best to provide our association with quality service. We find her extremely responsive and she assists our Board with all requests. She has been helpful, supportive and beneficial in resolving a couple of sensitive issues that were important to our community residents. Our manager is a problem solver, not a problem creator. He has a manner of considering all viewpoints and all options before proposing a solution. I have found those solutions to be well thought out and very articulate. He is a very likeable fellow who enjoys meeting with people and most of all, listening to those people. Our manager's commitment to our community is evident in the professional, consistent manner in which she deals with our issues. She has never been late for any of our meetings, she follows through on issues that she commits to, and she simply does what she says she is going to do. If she doesn't know the answer to a question or concern, she tells us that she doesn't know. However, she does the research on the issue or concern and gets us the information, usually the next day. She is the type of person we expect in a quality property management service. One of the biggest compliments I can pay to our manager is that I see homeowners approach her at meetings and they have a rapport with her immediately. Whether they are speaking with her for the first time or are "regulars", she connects with them and they know she will respond. She is a very genuine person who does her best to keep everyone happy. Every time I have contacted my manager, she has gotten back to me in a timely manner and has been most courteous. She seems genuinely concerned about our association and not just because it is her job. She cares as much as we do about it. If she is an example of your other managers, then you have a pretty good team!
